Chelsea discovers the reason Ela is such a popular cocktail waitress and it's not because of her excellent table service. The security camera in the alley captured it all and Chelsea finds that Ela's been getting tipped for something other than bringing drinks to tables! With the reputation of her restaurant on the line, Chelsea's not having any of that sort of thing.
