An Appointment She Will Never Forget

Chelsea scheduled a shoot with Cece and then she needed to reschedule. No problem...things happen. So, the shoot was rescheduled. Again, when the day came round, Cece needed to reschedule again. And, again Chelsea was okay with it and it was rescheduled. This happened a THIRD time. Again, Chelsea was understanding. Finally, on the FOURTH try, Cece simply doesn't show...no communication...nothing. Well, Cece finally arrives, late and with no viable excuse. At this point, Chelsea decides that it's time for a little lesson in being an adult. Woohoo! Over Chelsea's knee goes the unreliable girl and a solid hand spanking and scolding ensue!
